Prompt hierarchy

Inverb layers prompts at three levels so linguists can dial tone and accuracy without duplicating work:

1. Org prompt – brand voice, terminology, and hard requirements.
2. Project prompt – overrides for a product area or campaign.
3. Page prompt – optional snippet for a specific component or surface.

Prompts cascade—unset fields inherit from the level above. API and CLI clients both support these fields, and reviewers always see the prompt stack while approving copy.
